The dominant form of the equity tier ratio that people care a lot about is common at core equity tier one. It's ranging from 0% to 20%. And does it make sense for those to be fixed amounts because if interest rates are going to remain at zero forever, it makes sense that a US two year treasury note has a risk waiting of zero. But if interest rates go from0% to 5% in one year, it seems like a risk Waiting of 0% is grossly inappropriate.
