Understanding the Data in a Cultural Policy Space
The author argues that we should be doing more of the understanding, rather than just extreme modes of measurement. He says people in their everyday lives don't really know what data is or are. And so this move towards being a more understanding society is not only like using the data we have better but also how we can use it to help each other.
