What's the Difference Between Self-Serve and Full-Service?

When we first launched the platform, that was the idea is that it was all self serve. But what we did is we actually stripped back a lot of the functionality. And then, you know, giving them a sell like a full service approach. Now today, we do have advertisers and agencies that are in there really executing everything themselves - which is great.
