All right. That helps me understand the distinction between Stacy although I have to say I think it's worth people reading it from my perspective. And all of the terms that you use do have applications in other fields. Yeah. No, no, I get that. All right. But I mean everybody should read one or two books by Stacy because he did he was the first to use complexity in management science. Right. We all would like people like Ralph and Stacy and others to work with other people. It's the problem we got with talent is kind of like it's the talent where you'll know what. yeah.
