College Debt

CNN's John Sutter talks to CNN iReport about what he would do if you were in a position of power. He says the U.S. is politically divided, and there are different ideas on how to solve problems. The author suggests that college debt should be dischargeable bankruptcy for those who go bankrupt - but with some local accountability.
