I think it's interesting that we are increasingly comfortable as a society of softly massaging the facts to get the results that we want. And I think that we are seeing a very plain, fast and loose with facts of the case in a way that they should be really worried about. But aside from that, there's been a lot of dragging of Neil Cottiell over some of these cases. Maybe that's why a democratically democratic party aligned lawyer might be very interested in defending its ability to execute its own tax laws.
