The Apple watch series eight can detect and alert us when our our own temperatures are outside of normally anticipated ranges. In he future it will wind up being used for just noticing and alerting us to physical conditions, such as pulse rate. The idea is that you don't have a computer power enough to crunch all this data in real time. And so the machine learning model sort of crunch that and say, ok, we know what these patterns look like,. because you don't.
