Scaling Midwifery
For every woman to have access to midwifery care, you need 150,000 trained midwives. India currently has only 300 like trained midwives and a whole other infrastructure. The government already runs a lot of training programs that are designed to scale up. If each and MPI over a couple of batches, let's say you could get to a pool of 200, 300 midwIfery faculty in five years easily.
