The C5 and Area 51 - A Secret Air Base
In 1977, Jim delivered clandestinely the Pentagon's most desperately sought Soviet weapon. The first MiG-23 that the US ever possessed. It ended up at Area 51 - a secret air base 90 miles northwest of Las Vegas in Nevada. There it was used for foreign military exploitation of MiGs and Sukhoi jet fighters.
