Cornelius and Sons, Inc.

robert cornelius was one of the first to invent kerosene lighting apparatus. He retired in 18 70 and spent most of his time at his country house north of frankfort, pennsylvania. Once he left the lamp business, this was gardening. Yet he apparently did some seed experimentation, although i did not find much docupitation on it or information. So he lived for quite a while after retirement.
