Ayopinto: I feel like you can never go wrong with more communication training in your life. It kind of reminds me of that bojack horseman episode where a mister peanut butter and diane learn all these new, like, communication tactic. In order to become a manager, it's expected for you to have a direct report at some point. But i think you sort of ike end up having a direct report once youare account manager.
