And so i would say it's definitely combination of the bottom up and top down that i've seen. For for my organization, we've sort of backed into ok rs, without using that language specifically. We advise clients and for our own internal planning processes. You know, we use the smart criteria for setting goals and objectives, right? So that's specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound.
