How Do You Define Culture?

Culture is really all of the things that happen inside a company that are not obvious, that you cannot see. If i would have to put it in one sentence, i would probably say, culture is how you're living your values with your people. I think when we started out mapify, it wasn't really a topic that i had in mind, right? And this was the first company where we built a larger team, and we raised capital, and we really gew grew this business. A, i got in touch with it, i would say, about one and a half years into the journey, when i started reading about it.
