Scrives looks like a great one. And it looks like one of these things you could pip X install because you're not going to mess it. It's unlikely you'll depend upon it for your code to run. You just need that command around to manage a project. Right. Or you can put it into, you know, development requirements.text or however it is, but sure, pip X would work too. Scrive will parse your change log file and then create a GitHub release from your change log files.
