Introduction

It's been a full week since we last spoke, since we spoke live on it. Lots of exciting stuff doing at the minute - getting ready to go on order and get ready for bed next week. I went back to a college today and delivered some sessions about how young people can support themselves with their own mental health. That was good conversations, good ideas and discussions around what young people are doing and how they can do that.
