Is There a Master's Degree in Homelessness Liaison?

Under the McKinney-Vento Act it's a federal act that defines the rights and protections for students experiencing homelessness. The people who serve in the liaison capacity at districts varies widely across the state. There's no training, there's no sort of degree program to become a homelessness liaison.
