I don't think that there's a manager's bible out there that shows you how to do this. It really is so intuitive. And still, it feels like offen an uphell bat le, right? Where you have to explain why these things are important,. But i certainly take that approach as well. Almost all the companys that i'm invested in or have eveen talked to are commediat and i really funny because i think there's slightly different cultural value that res needs for me.
