How to Ask for Help for Yourself?

The number one requests, by far, that we have gotten from this book is teaching people how to ask for help. That's not whot we wrote the book for, but they thought it was. People who are so busy professionally helping everybody else, but don't think to asking for help for selves. So you don't owe and when we wrote this book, we had a sense of who the market was.
