The Left-Right Agreement on Anti-Discrimination

The underlying dynamic is, and I think Chris Caldwell spells it out in his book, Age of Entitlement, it's anti-discrimination above all else. We see an affirmative action case going before the Supreme Court will rule on at this spring. If they strike down affirmative action, that may also signal a turn on the part of the American center-right against a certain regime.
