Neurodivergent - How to Stimulate Your Nervous System Down to Sleep
Part of being neurodivergent is that you might have these intense interests that you do find very exciting and stimulating. And at nighttime, it's about really trying to plan activities that again, provide that right amount of stimulation to help scaffold your nervous system down towards being soothed or relaxed. So for example, if you are really into art, right, it might be that you don't start a painting at 9pm at night,. It may be that you just get out some pencils and just do a bit of a sketch, right? You know, thinking about what some lower stimulation versions of the activities that I'm interested in can enable me to step down into sleep.
