The accelerated digitization to have more productivity in liberal democracies has really exposed a soft under belly for siber attacks. With respect to sanctions, the siver becomes even bigger part of the geopolitical considerations. The situation is that every organization, whether is a business or government, ther really need to think through the siver implication. We are seeing independent hacker groups alining with nation estates. And we've heard some people say that russian capabilities are on par with us. How do we know? Given the cost of technology underpinning russian sis? And again, these kind of badray has come down as softer development has come down.
