If you're going to do a company, do it tight. Tight is right. Don't ever skimp or make mistakes on legal issues, accounting issues or h r issues. These things can crater a company very quickly. Spend the money. Do it right from the beginning. That's my message to everybody. There are plenty of places where you can be lucy goosey. You can have a lot of fun with your lo go.
