Gawker vs. Foshizzle?

The show was going to be a fictional show based on all of this events. Tim Cook supposedly said, why are we developing a show about a company that has repeatedly insulted me? And like, are they the ones who stole the phone? They stole the phone and they outed Tim Cook. So there's these two families of websites. I find it very confusing.
