How to Scale Content Production at Scale

PennyHorter has 11 freelancers and like maybe six of them or seven of them are writers. They have an editor and a designer and someone I'm calling a marketing coordinator who one of her goals is to put all the posts into WordPress. My preference, once you start getting past a certain size, is to have someone who's not a reporter put the stuff into WordPress, do all of the kind of TDS making sure everything's right in the back end before you publish. And then what happens there next is, you know, it's ready for WordPress, it's published, it needs to go in the newsletter.
