The Importance of Healthcare in a Local Campaign
The local campaign had found its own take on the original national campaign technique that had flopped when it was about climate change. As people vented to the puppet Andrew Nicklek and his hard copy Facebook page, another issue started emerging. Over and over as voters came to vent the thing they'd talk to fake Nicklekch about was their frustrations with the local healthcare system. It turned out that in this electorate the local hospital was particularly stretched because you had a lot of older people. Anapovee was one of GetUp's local volunteers.
