How to Reach Out to a Co-Worker
A colleague at a different tech company was complaining about me to my boss in email. But the email got ported to someone else and then that person, no, someone else got BCC'd. And so what happened was the person wrote this email to the thinking they were writing to the other Jason when in fact they had copied me on the email. It took a really long time to work it out because the person was so embarrassed to get caught in the situation that they couldn't talk to me.
