This week's practice is about community. We talk so much about self care, but it's important to feel like you're part of something. Do you have a place of worship or community centre you can engage with? See if there's an event calendar to see what's going on. Who are the people in your own community whom you can spend time with? Give some thought to any one around you that you think might be struggling with their mental health and check in with them. There are so many books and practices that can make a difference.
