Tower Records in Japan was bought out and operated independently. It enabled the workforce and fans to get very involved in, in the business. And so in many ways, they were sort of ahead of their time in what they were doing. The who chapter is really about the shift away from the idea of one person or one group of people being in control to kind of conceding power outwards.
