Is There a Hidden Source of Cardiovascular Disease Risk in South Asia?
There's also other hidden sources of cativascular disease risk and some salthasian patterns of eating, like the use of spiced packets. When we compared our study participants exercise levels with the four different groups represented in the multi ethic study of atheros chlerosis, we found that the southasians had the lowest amount of exercise per week. And i think hat this is an important thing to talk about, because a lot of times people in the study have told us that they didn't grow up with parents who exercised. They weren't raised with exercise being a normal part of their routine or life style. So i think it's never too late to start.
