We've been there, too. It's not necessarily a devaluation of points, but it is a fluctuation of the value in terms of how you can purchase something using your points. You just don't have the same kind of choice that you would have if you were just paying with cash. And I think that's an important point because companies like to exploit this idea of perceived thrift. Like you keep mentioning that it was free. It was free. And technically it wasn't.
