Bruce: You've written a really interesting piece. It's about theoverall state things in the country, and your interpretation and analysis of some of the polling data that's been out there. But you include two sentences that i find really interesting, because it's kind of an accepted thing about politics in canada and elsewhere. Any government that grows longer in the tooth starts to sound self absorbed, self important and disconnected. Incumbency starts to look like entitlement, unless there is very deliberate effort to counter that drift.
