There's also a potential, an inadvertent potential, to sometimes limit aspects of basic research. So one has to really be careful when one looks tt the over all landscape of government envestment and incentives or so forth. I mean, this is more or less exactly what happened in britain in around about e 20 12. But not not so much on basic research, but on sort of basic but, you know, early industrial orandy.
