There's a powder mountain in Utah that says is North America's largest ski resort. It was originally supposed to get sold to developers who were going to build all these houses targeting at buyers like me and you from out of state. And some tech guys from San Francisco came along and bought powder mountain. They decided to become property developers with the idea of creating this powder mountain type utopia, which was going to be a place for the elite of Silicon Valley to come to.
