Manuela: Storytelling is so important for making that emotional connection with people. And then this idea of a of of articulating or illuminating the mission is so important. Manuela: I found, uh, in that my people were really starting to understand the mission when I started to feel like I was sounding like a broken record. But it just took that much repetition because there's turnover. Then I knew that the message was getting through, but it takes time to get there.
