The Role of Compute in Computing Governance
compute is this rivalrous product it's like it's basically excludable. If a data center is fully utilized nobody else can use this. This is in contrast to data and algorithms, if I have a data and I have algorithm I press command Z a command of C command of V and there we are I got it twice. This does not work with computeI wish it would work like this. Always we didn't need this complex supply chain. It's just something excludable right if I'm not giving you access to computation resources you can't have it. Yeah yeah please tell us.
