Linking AIDS and COVID

In terms of AIDS, that's told often as a story of the success of biomedicine. That does not tell the story of all the millions of people around the world who continue to die from it,. And so their lives are rendered, ungreeable, not mattering. I think that linking poverty and AIDS thinking about questions of food, all of those things weren't simply about getting vaccines into arms or making treatments available. It was also about structures of our society that in bio and necropolitical tension, seek to let others live while rendering other populations disposable and creating death worlds.
