Is There a Demand for Team Coaching?

Catherine Carr: Do you sense that there's going to be a big demand for team coaching over the next 24-6 months? And I think we will in this season have some internal team coaching, either practitioners or whole teams come on. She says it takes really six months to really even a year to get up to speed where they're really adding value given the large investment to stand up an internal team coaching group.
