I don't think I ever had a quick trigger. There's, you know, I mean, Schneider Clark trade took weeks to craft. You really have to get relationships with different general managers in order to see if he can trust them. Coaching and managing required more time and concentration than playing ever did. Early on, OV was not the player he became, right? He's a beast out there, but he wasn't doing the little things that he had to do in order to get to where he want to be as good team member.
