Are You Trying to Build a Culture That Allows for That?

Willow Geys has been through a lot in the last year, and is trying to rebuild its ministry. The church world needs to create a culture where it's ok to not feel like ging to get cancelled or lose your job for making bad decisions. I think willowhas done an amazing job of responding to some extreme challenges and difficulties to reestablish a healthy church. We need leaders who are willing to talk about things that they don't want people to see as negative but can help them make better choices.
