The Importance of Being the Most Authentic

In America, there is this like philosophy of being the most authentic you can be. We don't really know who we are and I want people to admit that when they look at their books. Ourself is constantly in fluctuation. And there's one consistent stable self is an illusion. You have a shadow side to yourself which is also part of beingauthentic. So embracing the many different sides would add up to be more authentic.
