Acute Occipital Paralysis
A 27-year-old came in with acute onset paralysis. He was admitted to the ICU for close monitoring and frequent lab check. Over the past year, he actually had four or five episodes of weakness that would gradually get better in a few hours. It's something I never personally see and don't know a terrible amount about. But it doesn't sound like this is terribly well explained.
