Economist Bajo kelabagio looked at the economic effects of having a more diverse workforce. He and his co-author Mattin Josh Gell focused their attention on racial diversity. They found that as crew becomes more diverse, you have an increase in the number of these events. More diversity leads to 'taste-based discrimination', he says. But what about the relationship between diversity and productivity? We find that the relationship between racial diversity and performance measured by revenue as a U-shape.
