You, the leader, are always asking your seller those questions about that deep customer intelligence. If your boss is not doing this, you need to ask them of yourself. And one thing that really helps sellers is if you have a 30 minute call, forty five made call, just make a mental note, whatever time you started, what's the half way mark? and say, i'm a talk about myself.
