How Do You Think About Direct to Consumer?

Loyalty is a big differentiator of those D2C businesses that are profitable versus those that are challenged do the customers stick around. We've been doing Direct to Consumer long enough where we were doing it when they used to call a catalog. It was about mailing pieces of paper. And ironically, we've come full circle to a lot of digitally native brands now dropping catalogs. If the loyalty is high enough, if the repeat purchase rate is sufficient, then you're insulated from those ebbs and flows of the customer acquisition costs.
