Restaurants as Your Focus of Analysis?
Retail was a little bit of an accident. I've, i've developed an approach to breaking retailers down into their component parts and analyzing them at the unit level. And what i discovered is i'm kind of agnostic about what is sold in the box. And so it can be any kind of retailer. But realistically, restaurants have the same financial structure of a corporate headquarters,. some expenses that can be leveraged. In the economic the value, of the engine of economic value creation are the individual box.
