The Purists' Position on the God Hypothesis
The position that the purists are taking is that science is sufficient to debunk or disprove or reject religious claims. Dawkins wrote the God delusion in which he explicitly says at the beginning of the book that science is capable of rejecting the God hypothesis. The idea that, of course, there could be evidence in favor of the supernatural that we couldn't examine empirically I find very epistemological naive, very philosophically naive.
