The evidence that exercise helps you lose weight is really not te long term. For every four people who did this, one of them would not have darbetes four years later. I think we shold all be exercising, but we shouldn't, at the moment, be relying on exercise to sort out our a beastly epidemic. And i don't think it's really possible to lose weight without changing your life. It is very, very hard to lose weightwithout making yourself more empowered and happier person. Tidying your is probably a better way of losing weight than focusing on how much sugar is in your diet.
