The answer is it really wasn't a lot of difference so changing it probably doesn't really help. Repleting nutritional deficiencies in your anemic patients can be fairly helpful to optimize them preoperatively. Please treat you know opioid use disorder concomitantly with their underlying like infection that they may have come in with.
