A lot of people have zero experience with the idea of worker co-ownership cooperatives, right? You don't tell them, hey, did you know a true value as a cooperative? And they're like, what does that mean? So we started with our first tenant also happens to be a high school math teacher in Baltimore County. She's a member of the community. She's African-American. The idea is that she become our reason, our ambassador, on exactly how to get out into the community.
