Is There a Carbon Takeback Obligation?
Youetinye: I think in the end it should not be allowed. People oftentimes don't like the idea that you can omit and then negate your omissions. But if we were to say that the carbon removal being practised in pursuance of a carbon takeback obligation, we're sufficiently credible and permanent, i don't know that there is an actual problem between those things. If you want to amit, but you pull a ton out, that seems relatively ok to me. Am i wrong? Am i missing something? Or do you agree?
